武钢CSP轧机活套干油润滑系统的优化

润滑对存在相对运动的零件非常重要,是降低磨损、延长设备寿命的关键。在轧钢过程中,活套处于不断运动中,这就对活套运动副间的润滑提出较高的要求。原SMSD设计的武钢CSP轧机活套润滑方式,不能满足现场使用要求,通过一系列改进措施,较好地改善了活套的润滑,减少了油脂消耗和环境污染,取得了良好的经济效益。

Optimization of the grease lubrication system of CSP mill looper in WISCO

Lubrication is very important for those parts that are in a state of movement relatively because lubrication is key to reduce wear of parts and prolong the service life of the equipments.Since the loop is in a state of movement continuously in the process of steel rolling more stringent requirements are put forward for lubrication of the moving parts of the loop.The original SMSD designed lubrication pattern for the loop of the WISCO CSP mill can not meet the need of the on-site operation.By adoption of a series of improvement measures the lubrication of the loop is effectively improved,the consumption of lubrication grease as well as environmental contamination are reduced and thus better economic efficiency is achieved.
