浅谈在油田搬迁单位人文关怀的实施

中国石化江汉油田分公司采油工艺研究院在搬迁到了武汉后,部分职工出现了缺乏危机意识、心理焦虑等问题。而人文关怀是维护队伍稳定的基础、调解职工心理的手段、企业顺利发展的保证。企业实施人文关怀,就必须加强心理健康教育、构建和谐人际关系、做好细致心理疏导、解决职工实际问题、关注员工价值取向。

On Tending to the Personal Needs of Workers of the Relocated Units

After being relocated to Wuhan,some employees of Oil Production Technique Research Institute,an affiliate to the SINOPEC division in Jianghan Oil Field,have encountered with some problems such as a lack of sense of crisis and developing anxiety and mood fluctuation and other psychological imbalances.To comfort these workers and reinforce the bond of the staff,the bosses should extend a tending hand to workers for they’ll decide the future development of the company.This paper gives a few tips as to how to reach out to workers as follows： stepping up mental health education,creating a harmonious work environment,being patient in psychological counseling,tending to workers’ immediate needs and paying attentions to their value orientation.
