| 摘 要： | 本文论述了以往在城市交通的经济分析和营运分析中常用的成本——效益分析的缺陷,进而说明城市交通分析是一个典型的多目标决策问题,至少要从它的可达性、经济效益和社会效益等综合目标去考虑,因而多目标决策分析方法是一种评价城市交通的最好方法之一。本文接着对多目标决策分析进行了一般介绍,给出了二种多目标分析的方法。

| Abstract: | This article examines first the defects of the cost-benefit analysis often used in economic and management analysis of urban traffic.The urban traffic problem is a typical one of multiple objective decision analysis and should be considered from some synthetic objects,its accessibility and its economic and social benefits.Therefore,multiple objective decision analysis is one of the best method in appraisement of urban traffic.This article introduces its characteristics and two methods for solving this type of problem and a calculative example |
