| Abstract: | According to the model of the system risk and dynamic risk of river closure by end_tipping, a computing method for risk based on random simulation has been presented. A project example was cited to illustrate it. Some characteristics of risk were summed up, so as to provide a scientific basis for the proper choice of river closure scheme. |
