摘    要:利用毛细管电泳法分离去甲肾上腺素 ,5 -羟色胺以及多巴胺三种单胺类神经递质以及肾上腺素。采用自由区带电泳法 ,4 0mmol/L硼砂缓冲液 2 0PSI气压进样 5s,定电压 2 0KV分离 12min。结果显示四种物质完全分离

Abstract:Capillary electrophoresis was used to separate epinephrine , noradrenaline , 5-serotonin , dopamine etc.CZE method was used under the condition of 20KV Volt and lasted for 12 minutes.The injection time lasted 5 seconds at 20 Psi pressure.40mmol/L borax buffer was used to separate the samples.The results showed that the neurotransmitters could be entirely separated.
