间歇导尿在脊髓损伤尿潴留患者膀胱功能恢复中的应用

目的:观察间歇导尿在脊髓损伤尿潴留患者膀胱功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:将64例脊髓损伤尿潴留患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组采用间歇导尿、膀胱功能训练及心理护理等治疗,对照组进行留置导尿常规护理。2个月后分析两组患者恢复自主排尿时间、残余尿量、膀胱容量及泌尿系感染发生率。结果:观察组恢复自主排尿时间明显早于对照组,残余尿量少,膀胱容量恢复或接近正常,泌尿系感染率明显低于对照组。结论:间歇导尿可使患者较快地恢复自主排尿功能,膀胱容量增加或恢复至正常,残余尿量减少,降低泌尿系感染发生率,提高了患者的生命质量。

Application of intermittent catheterization of bladder function in spinal cord injury with urinary retention

Objective：To observe the intermittent catheterization in spinal cord injury patients with urinary retention bladder function recovery in application effect. Methods ：64 cases of spinal cord injury patients with urinary retention were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with intermittent catheterization, bladder function training and psychological care and treatment, control group and routine nursing care of indwelling urethral catheterization. Analysis the two groups patients with restoration of spontaneous voiding time, residual urine volume, bladder capacity and urinary system infection rate after two months. Results：The observation group recovery of autonomous urination time significantly earlier than that in the control group, residual urine volume, bladder capacity recovery or near normal, urinary infection rate was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion ： Intermittent catheterization may enable patients to restore quickly of autonomous urination function, increased bladder capacity or return to normal, residual urine volume reduction,lower urinary infection rate,improve the quality of life of patients.
