摘    要:结合应急话音通信实际应用,提出了一种话音调度的实现方案。以嵌入式软硬件为平台,采用时隙交换、信令解析等方法,解决了有线电话网、全球移动通讯系统(GSM)网路、码分多址(CDMA)网络、350M常规电台网、海事卫星系统、专用卫星系统、VoIP电话网路的话音接入及互联互通问题;实现了不同通信体制之间的电话呼叫、电话转接、电话会议、电话录音、通话信息记录等功能。

Abstract:Combined with the practical application of emergency communications, this paper introduces a design of voice dispatch. Based on embedded platform, with the methods of time slot switching and signaling analysis, the problems of voice access and mutually communication are solved among cable network, Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network, Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) network, 350M general broadcasting network, maritime satellite system, special satellite system and VoIP network. Moreover, such functions as telephone caU and telephone exchange between different communication system, telephone conference, telephone recording and communication information saving are realized.
