广东电网基于楚穗直流系统故障影响的风险辨识及调度应对措施

摘    要:在分析广东电网电源特性与现状、网络结构及其潮流分布的基础上,指出广东电网内目前存在机组快速调节能力差,网络结构复杂,东西两翼送入中部通道的潮流、北内外环网的潮流交换降低的问题,当楚穗直流系统发生故障时将严重威胁广东电网的安全稳定运行,给实时调度运行带来很大困难。为此,提出楚穗直流系统分别在孤岛运行方式和联网运行方式下,发生单极和双极闭锁事故时广东电网调度运行策略及事故处理方案;提出楚穗直流系统风险辨识建议,做好楚穗直流系统故障相关事故预案,积极开展楚穗直流系统事故演习,防范事故于未然。
