| 摘 要： | 非甲状腺疾病的危重症患者常出现甲状腺功能的异常,表现为低三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、低甲状腺素(T4)或低促甲状腺激素(TSH),且甲状腺激素降低程度与疾病的严重程度和预后密切相关,其发生机制是复杂多样的;对于甲状腺激素水平下降是机体的保护性反应或有害反应尚不明确。因此,是否应用甲状腺激素治疗尚有争议。

| Abstract: | Abnormalities of thyroid function can often appear in critical patients with non-thyroid disease.Its manifestation lies in low triiodothyronine,total thyroxine or thyroid stimulating hormone concentrations.The decreased degree of thyroid hormone is related to the diseases′ severity and prognosis.The pathogenesis is varied.There is not clear whether the decreasion of thyroid hormone is helpful or harmful to the body.So there is a debate on its treatment about using thyroid hormone or not. |
