摘    要:由于受到下入方式的限制,连续管无法在井眼内旋转,造成定向困难,严重影响了连续管钻井技术的应用与推广,为此,设计了一种连续管钻井用电液定向器。通过电子控制-液压驱动-机械传动的方式对底部钻具组合工具面进行调整,实现连续管定向操作。通过机械传动系统受力分析,得到摩擦系数与接触倾角对机械效率和输出扭矩的影响;建立了液压驱动系统的动态特性模型,仿真了整个液压驱动过程,得到各个阶段中活塞位移和活塞受力的变化情况,以及传动接触面冲击力与活塞运动速度的关系。研究结果为定向器机械传动系统和液压驱动系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。

The development of a novel electric-hydraulic orienter used for coiled tubing drilling

Abstract:Due to the limitation of running mode, the coiled tubing cannot rotate in the borehole, which makes the orientation difficult, so as to seriously impact the application and popularization of coiled tubing drilling technology. In this regard, a kind of electric-hydraulic orienter used for coiled tubing drilling was designed. The orientation of coiled tubing is realized by adjusting the tool face of bottom hole assembly (BHA) by means of electronic control-hydraulic drive-mechanical drive. Then, the effects of friction coefficient and contact dip on mechanical efficiency and output torque were clarified by analyzing the force applied on the mechanical drive system. Finally, the dynamic characteristic model of hydraulic drive system was established to simulate the whole process of hydraulic drive. In this way, the change of piston displacement and force in different stages and the relationship between the impact force on the drive contact surface and the movement velocity of the piston are figured out. The research results provide the theoretical basis for the optimal design of orienter’s mechanical drive system and hydraulic drive system.
