Q开关Nd:YAG倍频532 nm激光联合强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床疗效观察

目的观察评价Q开关Nd:YAG倍频532 nm激光联合强脉冲光(DPL)治疗雀斑的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析192例雀斑患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为3组,A组为单独采用Q532 nm激光治疗,B组为单独采用DPL治疗,C组为采用Q532 nm激光联合DPL治疗。观察指标包括治疗次数、临床疗效、复发率、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果B组治疗雀斑所需次数最多,A组及C组治疗雀斑的治愈率更高,C组治疗雀斑的复发率更低,C组治疗雀斑的患者满意度更高。结论在雀斑患者治疗中联合应用Q开关Nd:YAG倍频532 nm激光与DPL治疗能够改善临床效果、减少复发率,而且安全性较高,可以有效提高患者满意度。

Treatment of Freckles Patients with Q-switch 532 nm ND:YAG Laser Combined with Delicate Pulsed Light

Objective In order to observe and evaluate the clinical effects and safety of 532 nm Q-switched neodymiumdoped yttrium aluminum garnet(Qs Nd:YAG)combined with delicate pulsed light(DPL)in the treatment of freckles.Methods Totally 192 patients with freckles were randomly divided into three groups:group A was treated with Q532 nm laser alone,group B was treated with DPL alone,and group C was treated with Q532 nm laser combined with DPL.The observation index included treatment frequency,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,occurrence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rate.Results DPL group had the highest number of required treatments for freckles,Q532 group and combination group had higher cure rate compared with DPL group.Compared with DPL group,the combination group had lower recurrence rate,and patients in the combination group showed significantly higher satisfaction rate.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with freckles,the combination of 532 nm Qs Nd:YAG and DPL can not only reduce the number of treatments,improve clinical effect and reduce the recurrence rate,but also has an ideal safety and can effectively improve patient satisfaction.
