负载TiO2纤维布的制备及光催化性能的研究

摘    要:采用涂膜法直接将非晶态纳米TiO2胶体负载于纤维布上,制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面及孔径分析仪观察了催化剂的表面形貌和结构特征。以甲基橙溶液、气态苯胺为研究对象,考察了负载TiO2纤维布的光催化活性。结果表明,负载于纤维布上的TiO2为锐钛矿型,具有中孔结构,且有较好的光催化降解能力。纳米TiO2光催化降解气态苯胺的中间产物主要有苯酚、苯醌、亚硝基苯和偶氮苯等。推断了其光催化降解历程。

Abstract:Amorphous nanoparticle titania(TiO_2) colloid immobilized on fiber cloth was prepared as a photocatalyst.The surface and structure of the catalyst were characterized by scanning electron micrograph(SEM) and BJH method.Photocatalytic properties of the catalyst for degradation of methyl orange and gaseous aniline under UV-irradiation were investigated.The results showed that the mesoporous TiO_2 was composed of anatase phase and had good activity for photocatalytic degradation.Phenol,benzoquinone,nitrosobenzene and azobenzene were identified as the main intermediates for gaseous aniline degradation.Mechanism for the photocatalytic degradationwas proposed.
