自体微粒皮及脂肪混合移植治疗大关节深度烧伤的近远期疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察自体微粒皮及脂肪混合移植治疗大关节深度烧伤的近远期疗效。方法大关节深度烧伤感染患者80例根据入院顺序随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组采用传统植皮手术方法治疗,治疗组采用自体微粒皮及脂肪混合移植治疗。结果经过观察,术后30d、60d创面愈合率,治疗组较对照组明显增加(P〈0.01)。经过治疗后,两组的CD3+、CD8+含量水平都有明显增加,CD4+含量水平有明显降低,但是治疗组的改善程度好于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论自体微粒皮及脂肪混合移植治疗大关节深度烧伤在近期能提高治疗创面愈合率,在远期能改善患者免疫状况,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the short and long term efficacy of autologous skin and fat particles transplantation for treating joint deep bums. Methods Eighty cases with joint deep burns were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of hospitalization. The control group was treated with traditional skin grafting, the treatment group was treated with autologous skin and fat particles mixed transplanta- tion. Results The wound healing rates on postoperative day 30 and day 60 in the treatment group were higher than the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Although CD3 + and CD8 + levels increased significantly and CD4 + level decreased significantly in both groups after treatment, higher degree of improvement was observed in the treatment group compared to the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Autologous skin and fat particles mixed transplantation in the treatment of joints deep burn can improve wound healing rate in the short term and improve the immune status of patients in long term.
