摘    要:离心泵叶轮内流场的流动规律直接影响泵的扬程、效率等外特性指标,利用PIV测试技术可以在不干扰流场的情况下,进行高精度的测量。在实验中,使用PIV测量技术测量了离心泵内部流场,得到了离心泵内的速度分布,初步掌握了离心泵在不同工作条件下内部的流动特性。

Abstract:The flow in the centrifugal pump im- peller directly affects the pump's characteristic pa- rameters, such as the pump's head and efficiency. Flow field can be measured accurately and undis- turbed by using PIV(particle image velocimetry). In the experiments, the PIV was used to measure the flow field in the centrifugal pump, the velocity distribution was obtained, and the inner flow in the centrifugal pump was preliminarily mastered under different working conditions.
