| 摘 要： | 日本大众体育的蓬勃发展，与体育志愿者有很大关系。介绍了日本当今采用多种渠道培养两类体育志愿者的体系，政府采用四种奖励体育志愿者的制度及规范化管理。分析了目前实施中仍存在着的问题及其解决措施，为我国培养体育志愿者提供理论和实践的借鉴依据。
