发动机连杆裂解应力槽加工技术研究

摘    要:对发动机连杆裂解应力槽的加工方法和工艺参数进行了对比分析,介绍了裂解应力槽切割技术的重要性。对应用于切槽技术的机械拉削加工法、激光切割法、电火花线切割加工法进行了全面的阐述,并比较了其优缺点。指出了主动控制切割时所形成的微裂纹对后续裂解加工的重要意义。
