基于PDIUSBD12芯片的数据采集卡USB接口设计

摘    要:以开发高速高精度测控系统为目标,研究了通用串行总线(USB)接口测控卡的设计问题.采用PDIUSBD12作为USB的接口芯片,以89C52作为微控制单元(MCU),完成了对USB接口通信的控制.最后利用美国国家仪器公司的虚拟仪器驱动软件生成驱动,实现了与上位机LabVIEW的通信.USB接口测控系统适用于高速高精度数据采集,同时也为便携式系统提供了方便、快捷和可靠的方案.

Abstract:In order to develop a high-speed and high-precision measuring and control system, this paper studies the design of the Universal Serial Bus(USB)interface test and control system. This system uses PDIUSBD12 as the USB interface chip and 89C52 as the Micro Control Unit (MCU)to control the USB interface communication. Finally, the system employs National Instruments's (NI) Driver Wizard to generate a driver so that the lower computer can communicate with the LabVIEW on the PC. The USB interface test and control system is applicable to the high-speed and high-precision data capture, and at the same time provides a convenient, expedient and reliable solution to the portable system.
