| Abstract: | RTV(room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) is one kind of coating which is applied for preventing wet flashover.Conductive RTV is produced by adding conductive fillers in PRTV,and its volume resistivity is much lower than that of normal RTV.Due to its electric heating property and hydrophobicity,conductive RTV could be applied for de-icing.The effect of conductive and normal RTV on electric field intensity of porcelain insulators was analyzed through the finite element method.The value of electric fie... |
