| 摘 要： | 讨论了实时输协议RTP/RTCP的特点,并使用开放源代码的RTP库JRTPLIB进行RTP实时流媒体编程;设计和实现了一套基于PC机的会议电话系统。该系统在局域网内运行,实现了会议电话实时语音数据传输。

| Abstract: | This article diccusses the Real-time Transport Protocol RTP / RTCP,and introduces the use of open-source library JRTPLIB.Real-time streaming media programming based on JRTPLIB has been realized.This paper gives the design and implementation of a PC-based conferencing system.Within the LAN,real-time voice and data transmission are implemented successfuly. |
