既有房屋安全预警管理方法研究初探

房屋安全作为城市安全体系的重要组成部分，已经成为国家关注的重大民生问题之一。为预防房屋安全事故的发生，实现对既有房屋安全状况的实时监控，从既有房屋安全预警的需求出发，结合既有房屋的实际情况，设计了既有房屋安全预警系统，并对预警的工作机制进行了初步探索，为后续研究提供借鉴意义。在此基础上，结合上海市城市住宅建筑安全信息系统的案例，对既有房屋安全预警管理系统进行了分析和展示。

Preliminary Study on Management Methods for Existing Early House Safety Warning

As an important part of urban safety system, the house safety has become one of major livelihood issues concerned by the state. In order to prevent house safety accidents from happening and realize real-time monitoring to existing house safety conditions, it designs early house safety warning system by starting from demands of existing early house safety warning and integrating practical conditions of existing houses as well as preliminarily studies the mechanism of early warning, which provides reference for later studies. On this basis, it integrates cases of safety information system of urban residential buildings in Shanghai to analyze and exhibit existing management systems of early house safety warning.
