| 摘 要： | 研究了合成 1 [2 (乙磺酰基 )乙基 ] 2 甲基 5 硝基 1H 咪唑 (替硝唑 )的工艺改进。以甲硝唑为原料 ,经硫酸、溴化铵溴化 ,S 乙基异硫脲在碱性条件下硫醚化 ,再经过氧化氢在甲酸中氧化后得替硝唑 ,总收率达 4 6 6 2 %。讨论了硫醚化反应中 ,碱性催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对产量的影响。

| Abstract: | A new synthetic procedure of 1 [2 (ethylsulfonyl) ethyl] 2 methyl 5 nitroimidazole(tinidazoie) is described. It was prepared from metronidazole through bromination with sulfuric acid and ammonium bromide,thio etherification with S ethyl isothiourea and oxidation with hydrogen peroxide in formic acid.The total yield reached 46 62%.In thio etherification reaction,influences the quantity of basic catalyst ,reaction temperature and reation time are discussed. |
