中国养老地产浅析

摘    要:养老地产兼具房地产市场运作和服务老龄化社会居住需求的双重目标,较之普通房地产项目的开发经营有更特殊的意义。针对目前中国城市房地产市场中出现的养老地产,剖析销售型、持有型,以及销售持有相结合型等三种不同类型养老地产的运营模式和项目特点,旨在探索、寻求适合中国城市居家养老的老年地产模式,为不同需求的老年人提供良好的生活环境。

Analysis on Old-age Real Estate in China
Abstract:The goals of old-age real estate are real estate market operation and service of the aging society living demand. It is of more significance than ordinary real estate projects. This article analyzes three main types of old-age real estate which have different operation models and project characteristics. It aims to find out the proper type of estate for aging at home in China and to provide a good living condition for the elderly with distinct needs.
