摘    要:介绍了一种HXS型油气水三相分离器的工作原理及现场应用情况。该种类型的分离器在模拟流场的基础上,采用了流型自动调整装置、污水抑制装置等高效分离元件。通过优化设备内部结构、流场动态调整,使油气水达到高效分离的目的。现场应用效果表明,HXS型油气水三相分离器具有较好的使用性能,故障率相对较低,打破了传统的溢流沉降罐脱水模式,创新了集输系统脱水的新模式,为长庆油田简化地面工艺流程打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the operating principle and field using condition of HXS oil-gaswater separator. Based on flow field simulation, by optimizing the internal structure and regulating flow field performance, the separator uses separation elements of high efficiency to enhance the efficiency of oil-gas-water separate, for example auto-control equipment of flow pattern and the equipment abating sewage. The effect of field use indicates that the separator with preferable usability and lower failure rate can implement a high efficiency of oil-gas-water separation, elimi- nated the old dehydrating pattern of the overflow tank, innovated a new dehydrating pattern of transportation system, and make base for Changqing oilfield simplifying the ground technological process.
