| 摘 要： | 构建了一个描述供应链管理实施及其驱动因素与组织绩效间关系的理论模型,选择西南和华南等地区的企业为调查对象,收集了177个样本数据,以LISREL8.70和SPSS11.5软件包对样本数据进行因子分析.结构方程模型拟合优度评估以及假设检验结果表明:供应链管理实施对组织绩效有显著直接影响;信息技术不仅对供应链管理实施有显著直接影响,而且还通过供应链管理战略对其产生显著间接影响.

| Abstract: | A theoretical model which describes the relationship among supply chain management practice, its driven factors and organizational performance was established. Companies in the region of southwestern and southern China were chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a 177 sample data was collected. The sample data were used for factor analysis by softwares SPSS 11. 5 and LISREL8. 70. The result shows that supply chain management practice has a significant positive direct impact on organizational ly has a positive direct impact but also an indirect through the supply chain management strategy. performance ; information technology not onimpact on upply chain management practice |
