人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折适应症的选择

目的：探讨人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的适应症。方法：采用回顾性总结的方法，收集51例老年股骨粗隆间骨折行双极骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术的病例，经过一年以上的随访，对手术适应症的选择，手术方法、术后并发症及关节功能恢复情况，进行分析。结果：只要选择好手术适应症，人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有微创技术，创伤小，恢复快，能够早期下地，并发症少等特点。结论：选择合理的适应症是人工股骨头置换治疗老年粗隆间粉碎骨折成败的关键。

The Indication Selection of Using the Artificial Thigh Bone Replacement to Cure the Old Femur Trochanter Bone Fracture

Objective： To study the indication selection of using the artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture. Methods： We reviewed 51 cases old femur trochanter bone fracture replaced with double pole bone cement model artificial thigh bone. Then analyzed the operation indication selection, operation method, postoperative complications and joint function recovery information through one year follow - up. Results ： As long as selecting the reasonable indication, using the artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture could get the good effect. It has many characteristics. That was little wound, recovery quickly, exercise early, fewer complication, and so on. Conclusion： The key point of using the artificial thigh bone replacement to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture is selecting the reasonable adaptation.
