适用于深井钻井的KCI/聚磺水基钻井液体系研究

摘    要:针对深井钻井,从优选处理剂人手,解决钻井液高温稳定性,泥页岩水化,储层保护等方面的问题,研制适用于深井钻井的KCI/聚磺水基钻井液体系。并对该体系的高温稳定性、抗污染性、防塌抑制性和储层保护效果进行室内评价。最终优选出的钻井液配方高温高压流变性合理,抗污染性和防塌抑制性强并成功应用于东部某油田的深井钻井。

Research on KCI/Polysulfonate Water-based Drilling Fluid System in Deep Well Drilling

Abstract:In order to solve the following problems in deep well drilling such as high-temperature stability of drilling fluids,mud shale hydration and reservoir protection,according to the selection of the treatment agent,the formula of KCI/Polysulfonate water-based drilling fluid system for deep well drilling is studied in the paper. Furthermore the drilling fluid system is also evaluated from high-temperature stability, anti-pollution capability, anti-collapse capability and reservoir protection in the laboratory.Finally, the selected formula has appropriate rheology under the condition of high temperature and pressure, and the anti-pollution and anti-collapse capability are also very strong.The research is successfully used in the deep well drilling of a oilfield in the eastern,which is significant to the selection of drilling fluid for deep well.
