摘    要:县级电网电源点少电气结构较弱,县级电网接入的电铁牵引负荷具有的非线性、单相独立性和随机波动性的特点,是影响县级电网电能质量的主要原因,利用ELSPEC电能质量监测仪对县级电网110 k V母线电压进行连续测试,分析得出电铁牵引负荷产生的电压骤降、谐波注入、电压波动及闪变、负序不平衡度对县级电网电能质量的影响程度,根据测量结果对负荷侧拟采用的SVC补偿方案利用PSCAD电网仿真计算软件进行仿真分析,得出采用SVC治理措施后电压合格水平得到有效提升的结论。

Measurement and Governance Simulation to the Effect of County Power Grid's Power Quality Produced by Electric Railway Traction Load
Abstract:County grid has less power supply spots and weak electrical structure.The electric railway traction load in the county grid features nonlinear single phase independence and stochastic volatility that mainly impact the power quality of county power grid.In this paper, ELSPEC power quality monitor is used to perform continuous test of the voltage of 1 1 0 kV bus and analyze the impact level of voltage sag,harmonic injection,voltage fluctuation and flicker generated by electric railway traction load to the power quality of county power grid.According to the measured results,the load side will adopt SVC Compensation scheme and use PSCAD grid simulation software to conduct simulation analysis.The conclusion shows that the voltage quality level is effectively improved after adopting the SVC compensation scheme.
