天钢3200 m~3高炉施工设计及要点

摘    要:天津钢铁集团有限公司3 200 m~3高炉工程新建过程中,为解决在软土地基上设置重型轨道式起重机的难题,根据地质情况,地基处理由下至上采用三七灰土换填、满铺木枕、级配碎石、钢桁架的施工方法,扩大了塔吊基础承压面积,增加了钢轨的整体稳定性,塔吊在使用期间没有出现任何问题,保证了高炉结构安装工程的正常进行。

Abstract:During the construction of 3 200 m^3 BF project at Tianjin Iron Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(TISC),in order to tackle the difficulty of setting up heavy rail type crane on soft soil foundation,according to geological conditions,the foundation is treated with a method of lime earth replacement,full wood sleeper laying,graded crushed stone and steel truss from lower part to upper part is adopted to enlarge the pressure bearing area of tower crane foundation and improve the overall stability of steel rail.The tower crane shows no problem during service and the normal execution of blast furnace structure installation is ensured.
