摘    要:对数据库管理系统、地理信息系统、计算机辅助图件编绘系统三者的技术特性与相关性加以分析,结合三峡坝区工程地质信息特点,展示了”3S“技术在空间信息一体化管理中的作用。研究成果表明:对具有较高性能价格比的DBMS,GIS及CADS进行二次集成开发,所构成的系统对数据具有快速采集、实时更新、图文一体化管理和年辅助编绘功能,为工程勘察和施工技术的提高及施工周期的缩短提供了科学的方法。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the technical features of and the correlation among the three software system: the database managemnt system (DBMS), the geographic information system (GIS), and the computer-assisted design system (CAD) that are different from the classic "3S" technology. This integrated technology can be used to reveal the important role of the "3S" technology mentioned above in the integrated management of the spatial information for the Three Gorges dam, with the aid of the engineering geological information features of the Three Gorges dam. The present research results show that the secondary integration development of the DBMS, GIS and CAD with their higher ratios between price and performance can meet the demand for the capture, input, management and treatment of the engineering geological data with multi-dimension, multi-source, multi-volume and multi-variable. This integrated system developed with the "3S" technology provides us with the following functions: the fast capture and real-time update of the data, the integrated management of graphs and texts, and the computer-assisted map construction. Therefore, this integrated system provides us with a scientific method for the improvement to the engineering exploration and construction technology and for the reduction in the construction cycle.
