高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法同时鉴定中药制剂中非法添加的4种成分

目的建立同时鉴定中药制剂中非法添加的4种消肿止痛西药成分的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器（HPLC-PDA）法。方法采用依利特C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为0.02 mol/L醋酸铵-0.1%醋酸水溶液/甲醇（35∶65）,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃;用PDA检测,以保留时间定性,并以紫外吸收光谱图辅助定性。结果在25 min内,氨基比林、醋酸泼尼松、双氯芬酸钠、布洛芬4种成分得到有效分离（分离度大于1.5）并可进行鉴定。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,可同时鉴定中药制剂中是否含有上述4种西药成分。

Simultaneous Identification of Four Kinds of Ingredients Illegally Added into Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations by HPLC-PDA

Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detector（HPLC-PDA） method for the simultaneous identification of four kinds of detumescence and analgesic Western medicine ingredients illegally added into traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods The Elite C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase composed of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate-0.1% acetic acid solution-methanol（35∶65） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The temperature of column was 30 ℃.PDA spectrum was used for assistant identification.Results Four components including aminopyrine,prednisone acetate,diclofenac sodium and ibuprofen,were successfully separated and identified within 25 min.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and sensitive for the identification of four Western medicine components in traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
