摘    要:制备了以聚砜(PS)中空纤维超滤膜为底膜的聚乙烯醇(PVA)-海藻酸钠(SA)共混复合膜,并用于异丙醇脱水的研究。考察了PVA/SA配比、交联剂种类和浓度以及渗透汽化实验中的操作条件对膜性能的影响。在PVA/SA质量比为4/1、料液温度45℃、料液中异丙醇质量分数为90%时,复合膜的通量和分离因子分别为427g/(m2·h)和1727,并且根据实验数据和Arrhenius经验方程式,计算得出异丙醇渗透活化能为17 42kJ/mol。

Abstract:A composite membrane with sodium alginate(SA) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was prepared,where the support layer was a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane of polysulfone.Influence of PVA/SA ratio,the kind and concentration of crosslinking agent and operating conditions on membrane separation were studied.Total flux and separation factor of membrane were 427 g/(m~2·h),and 1 727 correspondently when mass ratio of PVA/SA was 4/1,operating temperature was 45 ℃ and mass fraction of isopronanol in feed was 90%.According to experimental data and Arrhenius's empirical equation,an E_a value of 17.42 kJ/mol was obtained.
