摘    要:采用不同涂层含量的玻璃纤维(GF)制备了GF增强尼龙(PA)66(PA66/GF)微复合材料.对不同涂层含量的纤维表面形貌分别进行了扫描电子显微分析和原子力显微分析,研究了涂层含量、纤维表面形貌与微复合材料界面剪切强度(IFSS)之间的关系.结果表明,当涂层质量分数为0.131%时,纤维宏观表面均一,微观区域表面粗糙,微复合材料的IFSS最大.在较低温度下,提高温度及水溶液的存在会破坏GF与树脂基体之间的结合;在较高温度下,随着老化时间的增长,GF涂层发生分解,破坏了涂层的结构,使得纤维与树脂基体结合变差,导致IFSS迅速降低.

Abstract:Polyamide 66/Glass Fiber microcomposites with different kind of binder coverage were prepared.SEM-EDX and AFM were applied to analyze the morphology of the surface of the glass fiber.The relationships among the binder coverage,the morphology of the surface of the glass fiber and the interfacial shear stress(IFSS) of polyamide 66/glass fiber microcomposites were investigated.From the results of the aging experiments,it was possible to note that the temperature and the water were helpful to decrease toughness...
