| 摘 要： | 以多异氰酸醋PAPI和自制多元醇为原料,采用熔融缩聚法合成出了一种具有快速粘接定位功能的新型反应性热熔胶,并利用FTIR、DSC和力学性能测试等手段对产品进行了表征。结果表明,合成产品不仅具有合理的结构特征,而且还具有良好的使用性能和耐热性能。

| Abstract: | A novel reactive hot melt adhesive suitable for fast-setting process was prepared based on melt condensation of PAPI and polyol. FTIR,DSC and mechanical test techniques were applied to make further characterization of the product. It was showed that the synthesized product not only possessed reasonable structure but fair perfonnance and heat resistance. |
