| 摘 要： | 为在ZAX9100-340型喷气织机上开发高支高密Tencel紧密纺家纺面料,特采用细特低原纤化Tencel纤维原料,优选纺纱各工序工艺参数并采取必要的技术措施,成功纺制出Tencel 7.3 tex紧密纺纱线,纱线质量达到了喷气织造的用纱水平.织造前通过对浆料配方和浆纱工艺参数进行优化,解决了毛羽多、织造过程开口不清的问题.喷气织造采用"小双层梭口、短梭口长度、大张力"的工艺原则.织机效率达到95%,下机合格率90%.
