高压合成金刚石聚晶的耐磨性与其所含金刚石粒度的关系

摘    要: 本文通过原料金刚石聚晶(PCD)耐磨性影响的实验研究,发现金刚石粒度的变化对PCD耐磨性有显著影响。同时,作者在对PCD的微观形貌的观察和分析的基础上,提出细粒金刚石PCD耐磨性提高的主要原因是其自身致密度的增加。

Abstract:By studying the influence of diamond particle-size on the wearing re- sistance of polycrystal diamond (PCD) experimently, it was found that the variation of diamond particle-size has strong influence on the wearing resistance of PCD,On the basis of the observation and analysis of the microstructures in PCD, it was concluded that the increase of the wearability of the PCD synthesized from fine particle-size diamond results from its increase of dense-in-itself.
