甲醇氧化制甲醛铁钼催化剂研究开发

摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了甲醇制甲醛无载体铁钼催化剂,并考察了钼铁比、焙烧温度、反应温度和空速对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:在铁钼催化剂上,空速10000h-1、反应温度300℃的条件下,甲醇转化率达到98 26%,甲醛选择性达到98 66%。同时进行了1个月的稳定性实验,效果良好。

Abstract:Fe Mo oxides catalysts for oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde were preparated by coprecipitation method, and the influence of Mo/Fe atom ratio, calcined temperature, reaction temperature and space velocity were observed The developed catalyst had a formaldehyde selectivity of 9866% and a methanol conversion of 9826% under 300℃ and space velocity 10000 h-1 Its good stability was proved by a test went on one month
