摘    要:目的分析靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌前后CT动态扫描定量参数的变化,探讨能够对靶向治疗效果进行评价的参数。方法搜集行靶向治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者80例,在患者治疗前后行CT动态增强扫描。观察各时相病灶动态增强的cT值。结果缓解患者的PH值(42.99±15.83)和灌注值(0.17±0.10)低于治疗前(53.16±14.25)、(O.27±0.13),未缓解患者的PH值(56.38±11.57)和灌注值(0.35±0.10)高于治疗前(43.26±11.58)、(0.22±0.07);CT灌注值、PH降低纽患者的缓解率高于CT灌注值、PH升高组患者。结论靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌后,可以通过灌注值和PH值变化对靶向治疗效果进行评价。

The Value of Dynamic Enhanced CT Scan in the Treatment Effect of Patients with Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract:Objective To analysis the quantitative parameters changes of dynamic scanning CT in non small cell lung cancer before and after treatment, to evaluation the parameters which can be used for treatment effect. Methods The targeted therapy of 80 cases of non small cell lung cancer patients were collected, the dynamic enhanced CT scanning were underwented in patients before and treatment. The each phase lesions enhanced CT value were dynamic observationed. ResultsThe pH value (42.99±15.83) and (0.17 ± 0.10 ) pergusion value of remission patients were lower than that before treatment (53.16 ±14.25), (0.27± 0.13), the pH (56.38 ± 11.57) and perfusion value (0.35 ± 0.10) of non-renfission patients were higher than that before treatment (43.26 ± 11.58), (0.22 ±0.07); The remission rate in CT perfusion, PH decreased patients was higher than that of CT perfusion value, PH elevated patients. Conclusions After targeted therapy in non-small cell lung cancer, tit can be evaluation the targeted therapy effect through the perfusion value and PH value.
