| Abstract: | The main practices,problems and causes of talent construction in Jizhong Energy Handan MIG are listed and analyzed in this paper.The author proposes some strategy and countermeasures for talent construction from three aspects: personnel selection and allocation,personnel cultivation and employment,personnel evaluation and motivation. |
