| 摘 要： | 基于光激励发光理论中隧穿模型的思想，建立了描述隧穿过程的数学模型，得出了光激励发光（ＰＳＬ）衰减规律．制备了系列材料ＢａＦＣｌ：Ｅｕ２＋，测量其ＰＳＬ衰减曲线，理论结果与实验符合的较好

| Abstract: | According to the tunneling model, we set the equations which described the tunneling process. The expression is derived from these equations which describes the decay of PSL. BaFCl: Eu 2+ , One of the PSLphosphors was fired and the PSL decay curves were measured. These curves coincide with the theoretical result. |
