摘    要:传统的"机、杆、泵"系统受抽油机结构和运行规律等条件的制约,冲程短、动载大、深抽效率低。直线电机抽油机克服了"大马拉小车"的现象,实现了长冲程、低冲次和抽汲参数的无级调整。研究了直线电机抽油机的工作性能及其对抽油系统的影响,并与游梁式抽油机进行对比,为"三抽设备"的优选提供理论支持。

Abstract:The traditional petroleum engineering run by "engine,rod,pump" is restricted to the pump unit structure and operating rules,leading to several poor effects such as short stroke,heavy dynamic load and low efficiency of deep swabbing.The successful development of linear motor unit eliminated the phenomenon of "Great Horse Pulling Cart" and realizes long stroke,slow speed and pumping parameter adjustable at no stage.The study of the work performance of linear motor unit and the influence on pumping system was discussed,which provides theoretical support for the pumping equipment optimization comparing with beam pumping unit.
