| 摘 要： | 目的：研究超声诊断冠心病的意义及应用价值。方法：对88例临床拟诊为冠心病的患者行超声心动图检查，观察有无节段性室壁运动异常及其部位；对上述病人行冠脉造影检查，观察三支冠脉有无病变，狭窄及狭窄程度，狭窄大于50％则可诊断为冠心病。结果：超声对冠心病的诊断符合率93．1％，定位准确率为82.9％，与冠脉造影相比没有娃著性差异，二者有较好的一致性。超声表现特征为：节段性室壁运动减弱、消失或矛盾运动。结论：对临床怀疑为冠心病的病人，超声心动图是一项首要的无创检查方法。
