| 摘 要： | 通过对采出水水质、垢样/腐蚀产物检测和结垢饱和指数计算,分析了鄯善油田油井腐蚀结垢原因,并优选了缓蚀剂和防垢剂的种类和投加量。结果表明,油井腐蚀结垢并存,腐蚀产物为FeS和FeCO_3,垢成分为CaCO_3;结垢的主要原因是CO_2分压降低;而腐蚀的原因为采出水Cl~-含量高、矿化度高、在井底条件下pH值低以及S~(2-)促进腐蚀和垢下腐蚀等;优选出的HCA-5C缓蚀剂和WCSI-2防垢剂,能有效防止油井腐蚀结垢,当HCA-5C缓蚀剂质量浓度为100 mg/L时,N80钢的腐蚀速度不大于0.076 mm/a;当WCSI-2防垢剂加量为20 mg/L时,其防垢率不小于90%。

| Abstract: | The causes of corrosion and scaling of oil wells in Shanshan Oil Field were analyzed by testing the produced water quality, scale samples/corrosion products and calculating scaling saturation index,and the type and dosage of corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor were optimally selected.The results showed that the scale and corrosion coexisted in the wells,the corrosion products were FeS,FeCO_3,and the main component of the scale was CaCO_3.The main causes of scaling was the decreasing of CO_2 partial pres... |
