基于职业生涯发展的高校中青年教师培养

摘    要:中青年教师是高校教师的主体和中坚,对其培养就显得尤为重要。但对比国外发达国家高校教师培养,国内很多高校的师资培养收效甚微。鉴于此,运用人力资源开发中的培训和职业生涯理论,提出基于职业生涯发展的高校中青年教师培养策略,以实现教师个人和高校的共同发展。

Abstract:It is very important to cultivate young and middle-aged teachers for they are the main part and backbones of universities. By contrast to the teacher's cultivation in the developed countries, we achieve almost no effect. This article puts forward some cultivation strategies for young and middle-aged university teachers based on the theory of cultivation and career development in human resource management.
