21例扩张型心肌病患者甲状腺素水平检测分析

目的探讨检测扩张型心肌病患者血清甲状腺素的临床意义。方法用放射免疫法测定治疗前后患者血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸（TT3）、总甲状腺素（TT4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺素（TSH）水平，用超声心动图测定扩张型心肌病患者治疗前后的左室射血分数，并与对照组进行比较。结果扩张型心肌病患者FT3水平较对照组下降，但FT4、TSH与对照组无差异，治疗前TT3为（0．72±0．32）nmol／L，显著低于对照组的（2．29±1．12）nmol／L，加用甲状腺素治疗后为（2．14±0．90）nmol／L。左室射血分数治疗前为0．24±0．02，治疗后为0．50±0．03。结论对扩张型心肌病的甲状腺素进行检测，有助于了解扩张型心肌病的病情状况。

Ananysis on the significance of thyroxine of 21 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the serum thyroxine of the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Before and after treatment, the TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH of the patients were determined by radioimmunoassay and the left ventricular ejection fraction was measured by echocardiography, and compared with the control group. Results The level of thyroid FT3 of the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy decreased compared with the control group, but FT4, TSH had no difference. The TT3 before treatment is （0. 72±0. 32） nmol/L, which was significantly lower than that of control group （2.29± 1.12）nmol/L, and increased after treatment with thyroxine （2.14±0.90）nmol/L. Left ventricular ejection fraction before treatment was 0.24 ± 0.02,and after treatment it was 0.50 ± 0.03. Conclusion Dilated cardiomyopathy hormone testing may be useful in detecting the disease of the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
