奥曲肽治疗食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效观察

目的：探讨奥曲肽和垂体后叶素治疗食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血（EGVB）的疗效及不良反应。方法：将83例患者随机分为A组（奥曲肽组）、B组（垂体后叶素）、C组（联合用药组），分别比较各组止血效果。结果：A组、C组分别与B组比较，止血有效率均有显著差异（P〈0．05），C组与A组比较，止血有效率C组高于A组，但无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：奥曲肽治疗EGVB疗效肯定，不良反应少，应列为用药首选。

Effect of Octreotide in Esophageal and Gastric Variceal Bleeding

Objective： To compare the efficacy and safety of octreotide with vasopressin on patients with esophageal variceal bleeding. Method： 83 cirrhotic patients with esophageal variceal bleed were randomized on admission to receive octreotide（group A） , vasopressin（group B） or both（group C）. The three groups were compared for efficacy and complications. Result： Compared group A and group C with group B respectively, there were statistical significance in bleeding （P〈0.05）. Compared group C with group A, there was no statistical significance（p〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： Octreotide was an effective drug in treating EGVB, and should be the preferred drug.
