滚动轴承式行星摩擦传动弹流研究

摘    要:运用弹性流体动力润滑理论推导出了滚动轴承式行星摩擦传动润滑最小油膜厚度公式.根据公式作出了最小油膜厚度与转速的关系曲线和最小油膜厚度与球径的关系曲线,由关系曲线得出:转速越高和选用较大的轴承直径系列,均有助于油膜的形成.

Abstract:Elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory is adopted in rolling bearing type planetary friction transmission mechanism in this paper.Minimal oil film thickness formula is deduced based on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory.Relationship curve between minimal oil film thickness and rotate speed is presented.Relationship curve between minimal oil film thickness and ball bearing diameter is also presented.The result is that high rotate speed and big rolling elements have advantages in forming oil film.
