摘    要:目的:建立一种测定长春西汀注射液中4种有关物质含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以0.2mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-乙腈(40:60)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml·min-1,进样量为20μl。结果:注射液中长春西汀与有关物质二氢长春西汀、甲氧基长春西汀、长春胺乙酯和阿朴长春胺达到完全分离;4种有关物质均有良好线性关系,平均回收率均达99.8%以上。结论:本法灵敏,准确,专属性强,可用于长春西汀注射液中4种有关物质的检查。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of related substances in vinpocetine injections. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 colunm ( 150 mm ×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.2 mol ·L-1 ammonium acetate -acetonitrile (40: 60) , the flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the injection volume was 20μl. Results: Vinpocetine and the related substances such as ethyl vincaminate, apovincamine, methoxyvinpoeetine and dihydrovinpoeetine were separated .completely. The ealibration curves of related substances showed good lineal~ ity. The average recoveries of related substances were all above 99.8%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and speeific, and can be applied in determining the related substances in vinpocetine injections.
