Xi Jinping’s thought of eco-civilization clarifies the ecological direction for the construction of the rule of law, and Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law is the basic guideline for the establishment of environmental protection system. The basic principles of the rule of law in eco-civilization summarized from these thoughts can connect the requirements of eco-civilization construction and legal construction with the legal systems.
