磁性研磨研究应用磁路设计

摘    要:在磁性研磨研究中磁路设计是重要组成之一,其形成磁场对研磨质量影响很大.本文根据电磁场理论,对直流激磁磁路的设计进行了分析,并就磁路设计中重遥.数之一的磁导进行了精确计算,同时给出了磁性研磨应用磁路的一种设计方法.

Abstract:In the process of magnetic abrasive research, the design of magnetic circuits is one of the most important steps, for the magnetic field, produced by the magnetic circuits greatly affects the finishing quality. Therefore, based on the principles of electronic-magnetism theory, the analyses and caculation about the design of D. C excitation circuits are made in this paper, so it is with the conductance-a crucial parameter in making such design. At last, a method to design appliedmagnetic circuits for the magnetic abrasive metioned above is come up with.
