医学生医德人格培养的内涵与途径

人格的道德部分是人格培养的核心,它是一个人内化了的相对稳定的品性和习惯。对医学生的医德教育,要以医德人格培养为目标,通过弘扬传统医德文化、加强医德医风教育、推进校园医德文化宣传与组织校园医德文化活动等途径,来促进医学生的医德意识、医德情感、医德意志、医德信念与医德行为的协调发展,并最终实现现代社会对医学生医德人格塑造的基本要求。

Connotation and Way of Medical Ethics Personality Cultivation of Medical Students

Ethics,the core of personality cultivation,is relatively stable internalized character and habits.In order to foster medical students' professional ethics,it is imperative to establish the goal of cultivating their personality and promote harmonious development of their ethic awareness,ethic emotions,ethic will,ethic belief and ethic behavior through carrying forwards traditional medical ethics,reinforcing education of medical ethics and behavior,promoting the publicity of medical ethics on campus and organizing cultural activities of medical ethics.The ultimate goal is to fulfill the contemporary society's basic requirements for medical students' ethics cultivation.
